First, I just wanted to say…

I am so glad you are here.

Clients come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, afraid, lost and sometimes lonely. Because clients come in struggling, my approach is deeply empathetic, and gently honest.

Our work together will be collaborative, I am not one of those therapists that sit in complete silence for 50 minutes.  I do hold space for you when something big comes up, and I also provide psychoeducation and tools when you want to work on things outside of session.

Therapy isn’t meant to always be serious, I have a well-rounded sense of humor, and welcome laughable moments just as much as serious ones.

You won’t find me getting wrapped up in theories and therapy terms, I talk like a regular person. I believe that authentic conversations are important to build trust.

I am highly attuned to my clients, meaning I notice the subtle shifts in your energy and body language, and there will not be a doubt in your mind that I care about you, and your progress. I let clients take the lead in their progress, and if I suggest out-of-session homework, it is always optional.

I strive to offer accessible therapy options through most major insurance providers, private pay, and a sliding scale fee.

Private Pay Rates:

Intake: $180

Individual Session (45–55 min): $160

Couple/Family Session (45-55 min): $175
