Welcome! I am so glad you’re here!
This blog is a space where I’ll be sharing reflections, insights, and conversations around therapy, relationships, parenting, and mental health — all drawn from what I’ve learned through my work and lived experience.
You won’t find quick fixes or overly polished advice here. What I hope to offer instead are thoughts on what it means to heal, to grow, and to show up for yourself (and those around you) with compassion.
Some posts will focus on emotional wellness and mental health. Others might speak to navigating boundaries, or learning to manage anxiety. Occasionally, I may simply share ideas or questions that have been sitting with me — things that show up in the therapy room, or in the quiet spaces in between.
If you’re a client, a fellow therapist, a curious reader, or someone just exploring what therapy might offer, I hope you’ll find something here that resonates. This is not a space for judgment or perfection — just one for connection, honesty, and shared humanity.
