I understand how uncertain major life changes, like divorce, can feel. Your sense of safety, identity, and future has shifted, and maybe you didn’t see it coming.
That’s why I’m drawn to this work. People often come to me without any clue on how to move forward. My goal is to help clients find new ways to cope with the stress, and create a clear picture of what life will look like now.
Making sense of what happened
Divorce can bring up grief, anger, guilt, confusion, and self-doubt all at the same time. We’ll create space to process what happened and make sense of the emotions that come with the end of a relationship.
Working through painful thoughts and emotions
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), we’ll work on managing overwhelming emotions, reducing anxiety, and helping you feel more in control when strong emotions arise.
Finding yourself again
Many people lose sight of who they are during a difficult relationship or divorce. Together, we’ll explore your values, strengths, and goals so you can begin reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside.

Over time, the goal is not just to recover from the divorce, but to build a life that feels meaningful and authentic to you. We’ll focus on helping you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and trust in yourself.
