I know what it’s like to wake up one day and realize your body and mind feel completely foreign to you.
That’s why I do this work. I spent years working with clients navigating major, disruptive life changes, and I learned that women don’t want to be told it’s just part of aging, they need someone who can relate, and provide ways to help.
We’ll use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to look at how the physical symptoms are triggering anxiety, helping you catch those fearful thoughts before they make you spiral.
We’ll use Mindfulness practices to quiet your nervous system when the overwhelm or panic hits, giving you ways to ground yourself in the middle of a hot flash or a wave of anxiety.
I approach my clients with humility and curiosity. You are the expert on your own body and what you’ve been living through. You need a place where you feel heard and respected.
